The big day finally arrived. After much anxiety over the past few days my daughters braces were due to be fitted today. I've taken a day off work to be with her. We arrive to be told the appointment is cancelled due to a computer problem!!! They could not phone me as they have lost my contact details and can't rebook us until the computer is fixed. A complete wasted day!
